These Newsletter Terms & Conditions explain how IRAA Global manages subscriptions to its email newsletters and insight updates. By submitting the subscription form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Subscription and consent

You must provide your name, a valid business email address, select at least one area of interest, and actively confirm your consent. Your subscription will be recorded in the IRAA Global customer relationship management system as a subscribed contact.

2. Newsletter content

Newsletters may include articles, regulatory updates, event information, service updates and practical commentary relating to the interests you select, including company formation, accounting and taxation.

3. Frequency

Messages may be sent weekly, monthly or when a relevant update is available. IRAA Global does not guarantee a fixed sending frequency and may change or pause a newsletter series.

4. Informational purpose

Newsletter content is general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on your specific circumstances.

5. Your preferences and unsubscribe rights

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter or by contacting info@iraaglobal.com. Unsubscribing stops newsletter communications but does not necessarily remove records that IRAA Global must retain for legal, compliance or legitimate business purposes.

6. Data handling

Your subscription details, selected interests, consent time and communication status may be stored and processed to administer newsletters and maintain consent records.
